Hodge Bank offers a broad range of deposit accounts to suit the needs of both private and business customers. These range from variable interest rate accounts to fixed rate accounts and tax free savings accounts.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual with previous office experience, to join our administration team. This is a varied role, providing administrative support within a busy department. Your day to day duties will include:
- Undertaking the inputting and administration for new customer accounts, using computerised systems and creating hard copy files;
- Updating existing customer accounts (e.g. set up standing orders/direct debits, change of address etc.);
- Inputting daily banking transactions, ensuring that all information and documentation is correct and compliant with department procedures;
- Assisting with divisional administrative support (e.g. post, filing, scanning photocopying, archiving etc.) as required.
To be successful in this role, you will be computer literate and very organised. You will have the ability to multi-task and to work under pressure at times.
A high level of attention to detail is important, even during repetitive tasks. You will also be required to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C (including English and Maths), is essential.Apply Now
Product Manager – Savings

Hodge Bank provides a range of financial products and services to corporate and personal customers. The Bank's strategy anticipates significant growth over the next few years driven by technological enhancements particularly in the digital arena.
Our savings business has end to end responsibility for all deposit products; these are primarily fixed rate and notice accounts for retail, SIPP's and business customers. The division has responsibility for the development of new and existing products and ensuring the current range is performing well for customers and the business; as well as the day to day operational running of the department.
In this role you need to be customer oriented and delivery focused with proven experience of Product Management. Working within a collaborative team that is essential for driving the business forward you'll be supporting the end to end delivery of our customer agenda and business objectives.
You will be responsible for the product management of savings products across the proposition life-cycle, ensuring that our range delivers the right outcomes and continues to meet the evolving needs of our savings customers. You'll do this by leading the development of next generation savings propositions, to enhance customer engagement.
The successful candidate will be key to the delivery of the Bank's digital strategy for savings, ensuring customer experience is central to product design through mapping customer journeys and translating them into the Bank's digital proposition.

Information Security Risk Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take responsibility for the development and implementation of the information security governance framework, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and within the group's risk appetite.
Working closely with key stakeholders, this is a first line of defence role. You will be responsible for leading on data protection, governance, information security risks and supporting the management of security incidents and events.
You will also provide guidance and assurance to senior management on the effectiveness and compliance of controls and risk management processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills who has the ability to work autonomously.
Part of your responsibility will be design and delivery of training programmes to help employees (up to executive level) understand their role in information security risk management.
To be successful you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and extensive knowledge of the current information security landscape. Previous Financial Services experience is desirable, but not essential.

We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional to create an internal marketing function within the Hodge group. Reporting to a divisional Managing Director, you will focus on delivering marketing activity aligned to sales strategy, to build the Hodge profile across all of its markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development, maintenance and execution of a rolling marketing plan that is consistent with the marketing strategy, ensuring success can be clearly measured;
- Production of content and draft copy for all of the group’s marketing activity;
- Co-ordination of the production of creative elements with the group’s chosen agency;
- Management of the group’s websites ensuring they remain up to date with relevant content;
- Development and production of the group’s internal communications to staff;
- Manage the group’s presence and profile on social media.
Candidates should have a proactive, success-driven attitude and be looking to add genuine value to the organisation. Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable, ideally with an understanding of the savings or mortgage markets.
