The buy-to-let market was created for people who want to own and profit from rental properties – our buy-to-let loan is tailored for professional landlords with a portfolio of four or more residential properties.

We offer a five-year fixed rate and once the five years are done, your loan switches to the Standard Variable Rate.

Gross debt to market value < 75%.
Term
Up to 25 years.
Repayment profiles
Interest only options < 75% LTV.
Security
Minimum requirement - first legal charge over funded freehold or leasehold property. Assignment of rental income, debenture and other corporate security may be required.
Interest margin
From 3.25% subject to lending criteria.
Fees
Combined legal and arrangement fee of £1,500 per property.
