We work with owner-occupier clients across a broad range of service, commercial and industrial business types. Premises can therefore be for office, retail, light commercial or industrial businesses.
We take time to get to know the business owner and to fully understand their business model as we believe that commercial mortgage finance is generally sought as part of a wider strategic business thought process by the owner, rather than as a simple or standalone product.
Key considerations for us in evaluating lending proposals are the type, location and quality of the property to be financed, the sector, management and trading performance of the borrowing business and the manner in which the proposed loan interacts with any existing bank facilities.
Each new lending facility is bespoke in nature and will be negotiated directly between us. However, typical parameters;
